Having Problems playing the movies?
There are many "Web Plug-in" out there that will play movie files. How well they work often depends on how well you have that software set up on your PC. 

 
Use "Windows Media Player" for ALL Clips
Instead of trying to explain the proper setups for all the different software out there, We will only cover "Microsoft Windows Media Player" which is the standard movie playing software and comes with your Windows Operating system.

1.    Start up  "Windows Media Player" Software
         To Find "Windows Media Player", Click on
[start] [programs] [Accessories] [Entertainment] [windows media player]
Or Maybe yours can be found by clicking on
[start] [programs] [Accessories] [Multimedia] [windows media player]

2.       From Windows Media Player, Click on
          [file] then click  [Open URL]  (not just open)

       A "Open Popup Window" something like Below while open up for you.

On the "Look in" line, 

Now, go back to the web page, and copy the URL from the web page into the "File Name Box"

To do this
1.  Got back to the web page (Alt Tab)
2.  Copy URL by right clicking on the "File Name" of the movie you want, then click on "Copy shortcut"

3.  Now Right click in the "File Name" Box of the "Windows Media Player", then click "Paste"
4.   Click Open and enjoy the movie.
