Captains  Robert R. Briner and Ronald T. Kelly honor us all with their
presence.  Without our Captains in command of the ship, the best any of us
could have done was steam around in circles.

Dexter Goad drove 4 hours to Rags' house for this event and we went.

Top Honors go to Master Chief Ragland, who commanded this project from
beginning to end, taking care of everything needed to produce our ship's
plaque, including the choice of wording, which was perfect.
