How to sort your USS Newport News Email into it's own folder The USS Newport News Main Mailing list (USS-Newport-News-Shipmates@googlegroups.com) can produce a LOT OF EMAIL for a day or two, then be very quiet for weeks. Wouldn't it be nice if all that email would go into a separate folder for you so that you could look at it later, when you are bored and have nothing to do, instead of going into you "INBOX" and getting mixed up with all your important email and all your Junk Mail selling you stuff? Below are some instructions on how you can sort your incoming email into folders, so that you can read the email from the NN Mailing list later and not bother with it right now. This information is good for ANY email you have coming in (Not just the NN email). Once you get the basic concept, you can sort all your email and make life much easier on yourself.
