A Chance to help Find E.T.

Hi Shipmates:
     Below is a paragraph from the home page of the SETI@home. They (Berkeley)  plan to use the computer power of volunteers home PC's to assist in the search for E.T. Here is the paragraph:

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
SETI@home is a scientific experiment that will harness the power of hundreds of thousands of Internet-connected computers in the Search for  Extraterrestrial Intelligence (SETI). You can participate by running a program that downloads and analyzes radio telescope data. There's a small but
captivating possibility that your computer will detect the faint murmur of a civilization beyond Earth.
++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
They have free software to download for Windows, MAC's and UNIX. Here is the URL:
