This was the MOST WELCOME sound to come across the 1MC.  One of the best aspects of sea duty was the opportunity to visit distant ports.  This section of our Website is dedicated to those far off locations in the Mediterranean, North Atlantic, Caribbean, even the far reaches of the Pacific.
