Christmas Deadline.

There are only a few days left to place your order in time to get your USS NN Ship’s store items in time for Christmas.   We are wrapping and mailing packages out "next day", but we need to receive your order by the 18th of December to guarantee Priority Mail delivery for the holidays.

A USS Newport News Treasure.

We have been talking a lot about the new merchandise in the last couple of emails from the ship’s store. Let us not forget some of our old treasures that can only be found in the USS Newport News Ship’s store. Like the “USS Newport News Cookbook”. What a great treasure this is.

This is a cookbook of favorite recipes gathered from USS Newport News crewmen and their wives.  Our fellow shipmates sent in their favorite recipe and the book is a collection of magnificent tasting food.  This book is worth $20.00 in a bookstore and is sold to our shipmates for only $5.00. For that price, you can buy a handful of them and present them to your grown children. This is beyond doubt a treasure to have.
